Your Qualifications

Please submit copies of your qualifications. The required qualifications for each position are listed below.

Submission Instructions: Go to the Employee Dashboard and click on Uploads to access the upload section. Then, upload your documents under the relevant category. Please name each file clearly.

Teachers and Assistant Course Directors

Provide copies of the following qualifications:

• A recognised teaching qualification comprising a minimum of 120 hours of instruction, including at least 6 hours of observed teaching practice (e.g., Cambridge CELTA; Trinity Cert TESOL).

• A university degree

Course Directors

Provide a copy of one of the following higher-level qualifications:

• A diploma-level qualification in TEFL or equivalent (e.g., DELTA, DipTESOL, or a Master's in TESOL/Applied Linguistics with a practical component).

Welfare Officers

Provide a copy of the following qualification:

• A valid First Aid at Work certificate or equivalent. This can also be uploaded at a later stage if you have not completed your training yet.

Other Positions

If you have a valid First Aid at Work certificate or equivalent, please upload it.
