Miles Agent Scheme

As from the 2024 summer season, PLUS Ltd shall award its agents 1 MILE with a value of £/$/€ 10 for each student week enrolled in its summer study course.

RULES

Application Norms

1.1. The study course is an English one/two/three-week course organized at one of PLUS's campuses in the UK, USA, or Canada between June and September.

1.2. At the end of each summer season, PLUS updates the MILES ACCREDITATION SCHEME (MAS), accessible by  the agent through his/her personal password, with the miles assigned to his/her company and their relevant value.

1.3. The agent is accredited the MILES only if his/her company has paid all sums owed to PLUS and no dispute is involved.

Miles Usage Rules

2.1. Agents can use MILES only  to purchase collateral/optional services offered by PLUS, such as airport transfers, excursionsand & entrance tickets to tourist attractions. These costs are printed/displayed each winter in the PLUS catalogue or on its website.

2.2. MILES awarded are valid for three consecutives years from the first agent’s summer season collaboration year (e.g. summer 2024 MILES expire summer 2027).

2.3. The MILES value (e.g. 50 students for 2 weeks  x £10) will result in a discount of £1,000 accounted for in the first following year's last invoice (i.e.2025).

Deadline

3.1. If the agent does not use the MILES by the end of the third collaboration summer season, the system will cancel them automatically, and no compensation is due (MILES are free handouts from PLUS).

3.2. Likewise, should the agent discontinue his/her collaboration or halve in the following summer season (ie 2025) the places confirmed and paid for the preceding summer (ie 2024), the MILES assigned in the MAS will be automatically cancelled.

Causes of Force Majeure

4.1. If for reasons beyond its control (calamity, war, economic hardship, etc.), PLUS is unable to honour this undertaking, the agent shall not be entitled to claim any rights or compensation, since, as explained here above, the MILES are to be considered as donations and not as remunerations or reimbursements.

Jurisdiction

The Court of London shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction to settle any suit and/or interpretation of these rules.
