Recruitment Process Overview


Please note that the following is a summary to illustrate the general process and all details will be provided gradually.

1. We will receive your details when you submit your application on our website
 
2. First interview – either a one-way interview or a call, depending on position
 
3. Second interview, discussing preferred centre and dates, and including time for you to ask questions
 
4. We will send you a Job offer letter
4.1 Collect your references
4.2 Carry out your criminal record check
4.3 Request your proof of identity and proof of right to work
4.4 Request your safeguarding certificates
 
5. On receipt of the above, we will confirm your centre and dates and send you a contract
